I just have no use for the other messaging programs. Most people I talk to use AIM and not the others. Do any of those multi program clients have conversation logging?

Nice. I currently use DeamAIM which supresses all add/tickers. I'll have to install one of these and maybe I'll start messaging you guys!

I tried fire but after moving to adium I can't use anything else on the mac. Here at work we use Trillian Pro, but I have gaim installed for my personal use on the one computer.

You shoud never leave yourself logged in on an IM program especially AOL if you have a cablemodem connection, you are playing with disaster........

I never turn mine off and I'm dsl. I had cable for 3 years and on turned it off on rare occasions like power outages. Never had a problem.
