While washing my hands, I knocked my trusty old Sony Ericsson K800 into the sink (I still use it, but only for the awesome camera - it has a macro setting which is great for photographing closeups of cigars when smoking). I quickly pulled it out of the sink and ripped out the battery, then I thought what I should do to dry it off :scratchhe
I then had an epiphany :jitb:
I remember someone here (Emergency Use of Heartfelt Beads) did the same thing and dried it out using unused HF beads. So I took a tube from the humi and ran the hair drier over it for about 5 minutes. Perfect. White as a snowflake!
Put them back in the tube, threw the tube and wet phone in a ziplock and new I just have to wait overnight (maybe more). Lets see what happens....
