Sounds to me as if your humidor may not be fully seasoned. If you humidity is creeping up day by day the inside is probably still absorbing the moisture.

FWIW, In my experience it usually takes at least a week (sometimes 2) to reach full seasoning, even with a wipedown

Donk never took beads out read a post that said add
a shot glass of water with beads will help step up RH
with beads. Also I don't know what to put in my humi
to make up for all the lost dead space. Because I know
you cant put sticks In there yet until it stabilizes.
Maybe this will help
I have nothing in my humidor but a tube 70%
heartfelt beads and a hygrometer a 1/3 cup
water that's all, the rest is the middle shelf.
6/26/13 its starting to stabilize now at
the temp is down from 75 to 73 and RH is
up 60 to 63 its been holding that all weekend.

Well the Humidity is up, I see what you are trying to do. Since the humidity is stable, add you sticks back in. how many are we talking about? if you have less than a half a humidor full of sticks you need to use up airspace. Ask you local shop if they have any cedar blocks from cigar boxes. don't use any wood other than cedar. Then let it sit for a day or two with your beads and cigars in the humi. Have a couple Boveda packs handy and see where things are after a couple of days.

I would also lean towards agreeing with you, that's why I say put everything into the humi and have a couple Boveda packs handy if humidity dips.

Put small Tupperware with the lid on inside to kill dead space...

going up. Also what do the cigar blocks look like I
never seen one of them. Also Should I take the water
jug out.

My advice is to take out the water, there should only be your cigars and beads and some cedar blocks.
As long as the temp doesn't go much over 70 deg. F you will be fine. Temp swing up and down will be fine. just don't let it get real high for to long.
Just get some Boveda packs and some cedar blocks and see how thing go over the weekend.
Things should look better quick.

Just curious. The humidor isn't coming into contact with direct sunlight during the day is it? Would act like a greenhouse.
