Beers from yesterday:

Stillwater - Bronze Age ... When I took the cage off, about a second later the cork came shooting out of the bottle. Scared the hell out of me but pretty convenient.

Upright Brewing - Seven ... This got high marks on BA, just wasn't feeling it.

Evil Twin - Even More Jesus ... Pretty good stout here. It's a tad sweet for me but everything else was spot on.

How is the Frangelic Mountain Brown? I haven't come across it yet.
Really disappointing... Way to much Coffee flavor... And no other flavor. At first I thought it needed to warm up but that actually hurt it as it quickly lost a lot of the coffee flavor. For $17 there is plenty of others that I would prefer to drink.

I only drank one beer yesterday during my all day brewing session. Well I had a couple at work when I had to duck out from brewing at home to do a tour at work. I'm drinking one of my cheater sour saisons right now. Might break into some Two Hearted or Victory Summer Love. I haven't been killing the Two Hearted it's less hoppy and maltier than I remember. I guess I'll have to return to making myself some IPA at home again. I haven't been making normal beers because I get them for free all the time at work.

Maybe I'll bust out some Stillwater as well Cliff. That or a Jolly Pumpkin that I have sitting waiting to be drank.

Had this and their Pumpking beer last night. Just phenomenal! They literally taste like creme brulee and pumpkin pie. I will be buying a lot more Southern Tier brews!

Drinking a new to me brewery and beer tonight. Straight to Ale Lily Flagg Milk Stout from a growler fill. Low abv at 5% but has a nice roasted malt taste.

I can't believe where ever you bought that from was holding onto a bottle of pale ale with a best by date of 07/23. My guess is it would have been bottled at least six months ago. I gave up on some of the area's six pack shops for that very reason. I think they use the six pack shop as a dumping ground for their old beer. So you buy an IPA thinking "I'll give this a shot", and it tastes like gym socks because it's old as hell for an IPA/APA at six months of sitting on their shelf with florescent lighting.

Sorry just had to get that little rant out...
