A few I have found in the Bay Area:
Telford's in Marin -- just across the GG bridge
Burlingame Tobacconists -- in the downtown area about 10 miles s of San Francisco
Humboldt Tobacco Co. in San Mateo -- mostly cigarettes, but a decent humidor and large very down to earth smoking lounge.
The staff/owners at all three are helpful and friendly. Telfords has the largest selection and has a huge pipe tobacco selection and house blends.

STL - Grand Cru and the Hill Cigar Co. Hill has bigger selection, Grand Cru has better selection IMO, but both are good.
Las Vegas - En Fuego on W Sahara, better price and selection than any of the fancy shops on the strip, and way more laid back.
Colorado - the (unrelated, I think) Havana Manors in Longmont and Louisville both absolutely blew my mind.
All have great smokes and atmosphere.

Humm...some places don't sell cocktails and are only BYOB, would I still be classified as a "village perv"?.
My two favorite B&Ms are Shelly's Backroom and Cigar House in Sharonville.

Good Karma in Amarillo is a great B&M. Great selection of sticks, nice comfy chairs to smoke even a single purchase in, but alas, no alcohol sales. BYOB. "Village pervs" obviously welcome. Not uppity at all. My kinda place. Everybody from lawyers and city counselmen to farmers and blue collar guys smoke, and shoot the bull with no one looking down their noses at each other
Went to a Joya de Nicaragua event at "The Cigar Place" on Pass Road in Biloxi last night. First class operation with a huge selection of cigars, lots of seating and smoking space, a private lounge and friendly, knowledgeable staff. Knowing this was my first visit the owner went out of his way to show me around and make me feel comfortable. Picked up a couple Joya de Nicaragua Black with the San Andreas wrapper, Cuatro Cinco and Antano Dark Corojo. The Drew Estates Rep did a great job educating me about the Joya line and helping me select the cigars I should try.
If you're ever in the area and you just need to get away from the casinos or the beach you may want to pass by and have a smoke with them.

Awesome! I haven't heard of that place yet.. sounds like something worth checking out for sure! Any ideas on when they might be having another event night?
