hey, chrisso, FWIW the way i have played it is take a few PMs, initiated by either side, as preliminarily to the actual pairing, getting some ground work out of the way. speeds things up and takes a little burden off teach. NFG needs to actually have an intro thread up, and officially express interest, but no real harm in reaching out to the next FOG on deck. that's why we're on deck, right? o)

once you have compelted the newbie trade you can participate in the non-newbie trade here http://www.botl.org/community/forums/showthread.php/60423-Non-Newbie-Blind-Trade-Thread

or, once you have access to the marketplace, which you should, you can post a WTT there.
