So, yes...
I'm hearing @BigSkySmoke sent the pipe.
Thanks so much Aaron. Totally unnecessary but appreciated.
Also received one other item as part of this initial wave:. A Wizard hat, which used along with the "Shire Cobbit" pipe would complete my transformation into Gandalph the Aged and Infirm:
Who sent what is a mystery, but @Opie was also involved in this somehow... Who knows at this point.

So yesterday I picked up 12 small mason jars to store what had quickly become an alarmingly large tobacco collection. 12 would be plenty. Right?
Then I got home and found this package from Cole
So on top of the heaping mound of samples @navyvet
gave me, @Yakcraz added another pile, including several that were on my to-buy list, and another pipe, this one a hardwood.
Thanks Cole. Very timely, and absolutely saved me hitting the checkout button on a few of these.
Between you and Ryan, I think I'm set up nicely with things to try.

It's been a while since I ran to the mailbox for an arriving BOTL package, but I was pretty stoked to experience that feeling again today. I knew @bostoneo was an animal, but didn't realize quite what that would mean for me!

Looks like he added it in to be used as a tobacco tamper. Just my guess. And I’ve seen quite a few bad ass spent casings that were created to be used as one.
