I'd say if people are not happy with said seller. Move on to another. Oh wait, we all use the same 4-5.... this guy's been solid for years. Regardless of a few hiccups. And oh yeah my neighbor just got 3 boxes snagged. For the first time in probably 2 years.

Just to put a period on this (for me anyway), the refund came through today so my dealings with this vendor have come to a conclusion.

You're definitely passing up on a good vendor that ocassionaly runs into a few bumps on the road! But I hope you find another good one!

The decision was made for me. He deleted my account after we agreed I'd return the box for a refund. If the box was packaged better I would have asked for a re-ship but ... Anyway he acknowledged deleting the account so it wasn't a mistake. He didn't give a reason, I didn't ask for one. I just asked if the deletion would affect my refund and he said iit wouldn't.
