Another Update:
Not that anyone is following along here, but I just received another order (this time a bundle of 20) that arrived damaged. This time, the box was damaged in transit, however the bubble packing was not enough to save some of the cigars in the bundle. Instead of emailing customer service, I called this time. MUCH better response. A CSR named Jenna was very helpful, is sending some replacements, will have UPS inspect the damaged box, and will communicate to the warehouse the need for better protection in packages shipping out. Just thought I'd share.
