IMO, this will likely be settled out of court. When I go hunting, I can choose to NOT go if I am in the presense of morons or people obviously lacking safety knowledge and common sense. Why hunt with someone you wouldn't be caught dead with in a car with them behind the wheel? Accidents do happen anyway, but it's Cheney's profile that will bring out the big $.

I was watching Letterman's top 10 on Cheney's excuses for why he shot his fellow hunter and one of the funniest was "What do you mean excuse? I hit him didn't I?"
