Thanks man ,my dad worked in a brewery in Philadelphia when I was a kid. I would make myself sick smelling all the hops..selecting and blending can be difficult, but you know what they say " when you love your job,you never work a day in your life" ...I imagine you feel the same way..What beer do you brew? I would love to try it..thanks again for the kind words..Welcome from Arizona! Very awesome line of work you have there. As a brewer, picking the right ingredients to blend together to get the final product just right can be tricky and I'm sure what you do while blending is even more difficult. I have a lot of respect for that. Cheers!
I brew just about everything, my partners and I are hoping that we can open the brewery by the end of the year. We don't do lagers much due to the amount of time they take to turn around. Our IPA is one of our favorites, we use New Zealand hops that bring a tropical fruit/citrus flavor and aroma that is different from the usual. We also make a 12%abv Russian Imperial Stout with cacao nibs, cold brewed coffee, and bourbon that is a crowd pleaser. We love Belgian style beers and make quite a few Saisons as well. We don't have much to spare right now as we have some tasting/fundraising events coming up but as soon as I do I will let you know. Beer trades are always fun. Thanks man ,my dad worked in a brewery in Philadelphia when I was a kid.
