I've already made those sizes for myself. Plus, both ring gauges are a bit too big for my tastes. Lots of experimentation to figure that out. I like 50 and under except when it comes to Salomon, because it tapers.

The 60 is solely to roll up scrap fast.
I may only use it once but it will be a cool experience

What kind of oil and stuff do you put on it? I want to experiment with it a little.

At first I used food grade mineral oil
Today I used a blend of bees wax and mineral oil. It's 50/50 which is too much wax. I'll thin it with more mineral oil.

I think a 3 to 1 blend favoring oil would be better. I apply it hot.

I have a 60 gauge ... you need a lot of tobacco !!!
And if it is then a miss you loose a lot tobacco.
I found out the you can put more ligero in a 60, smokes cooler and slower.

I don't know why that would be. There a lot of custom cutting boards listed. I bought one a couple of weeks ago.

Give it a try. You can always stop selling there if it's not working for you.

I'm in the same boat man.

I'm trying to figure out dimensions for a box press. If you have a 50 ring, is that 50 across, and how far high?

A 50 RG is 0.78 inch. so, you get 2.45 inches of figuring what goes to what side.

Well it's going to be less than 50 ring high, but I'm not sure how much less.

Depends how flat you want it. but, for me I'm taking a finished round 50 and pressing it. your looking at making molds for bunches yeah? anything goes.

My unit, was slated as a 54 RG. At 0.84", circumference at 2.63894" the cavity at 0.54" / 0.8" .. 0.54 X 2 + 0.8 X 2 = 2.68". ... that works out.

So the height must be about the width (the ring size) divided by 1.55.

Just something cool I saw lookin up salomons was diademos. Kinda looks like monster salomon. I've never had one but if you guys have I'd be curious what you thought.

This cuaba divinos looks like a great size for a quickie.
