I just ordered three cans of the Ozium gel in Outdoor Scent, and two 3.5oz sprays. What's funny is I like the cigar smell left in the truck after about 2 days. The ash smell goes and your left with a cigar smell that makes you want to light up a new one!

True dat!

I wore the "wrong" jacket to my B&M lounge a few weeks ago and came home smelling like stale smoke. Febreezed the hell out of it, wore a different jacket for a week or so while it aired out in the garage, and when I put it on a few days ago, my wife asked me if I had a new cologne and that it smelled kinda earthy and woodsy.

+1 on Smoking Jacket, I believe the originals were velvet and designed so you could take it off and not stink afterwards. Have your wife knit you a smoking cap too, if you wanna be cute LOL. Victorian era smoking practices were interesting.

What say you fellas on Ozone producing devices for removing odors?

**Update I have a separate jacket now AND hat being that I always wear hats and its working great!

I use the Ozium spray for the car

and I use this on my jacket just for that extra punch!

It is very strong like the Ozium so one spray no more than two will work.. They also have different flavors I'm a fall guy so this scent works for me along with my wife!

Ozium is the worst possible chemical to put on any fabric or clothes. The toxicity of it is awful. It is also the world's most toxic to the environment spray.

In any case, to start, someone mentioned the idea of thinking tobacco is bad for you is wrong. It is, irrefutably and undeniably. This being said, cigars are worth it because of the male bonding and relaxation. Moving on, a spray called Smoke Be Gone exists and that works miracles without environmental damage. A smoking jacket doesn't really work on virgin noses because it stays in your hair even through washes for a while. It binds with the follicles tightly. The best you can do is mask the scent until it releases. Smoker candles work pretty well and as for cars, so long as they are leather seats and not cloth, they can be cleaned pretty well to overcome the scent.

Cigar stink is pretty bad unfortunately, and being at university I can tell you that anytime I come back despite what I do to clean up and even a shower, people will always know.

I've found that the febreze sport version works better than the regular febreze. I usually just spray my jacket and leave it outside for the night.

Also, if you're having trouble getting the smell off of your hands, a bit of hand sanitizer makes it completely disappear without any washing or scrubbing. It's actually pretty incredible how well that works.
