Finally got some green beans in and roasted after going over a month without any. Took 4oz Columbian and blended with 8oz Brazilian. Took off the heat as soon as first crack finished. This should be good for espresso and pourover. Bought an electric kettle to heat my brewing water as well for pourover which has become my favorite recently. Tomorrow morning will be good even if the coffee isn't fully rested yet.

The stuff I have been getting from homeroastcoffee.com has been every bit as good as what I have bought from Sweet Maria's with better prices and shipping costs. Sweet Maria's does have a larger selection, but the Latin American coffees that I enjoy most are readily available at homeroast

I had 3lbs of homeroast stuff and the beans didn't look as fresh as sweet marias. So I went back to sweet marias. Just my experience tho.
