Siglo I = 3
Siglo II = 3
Siglo III = 3
Siglo IV = 5 (when aged 5 - 7 years)
Siglo V = 5 (same as Siglo IV)
Siglo VI = 4
Especiales = 4 (last one was 7 years old)
Esplendido = 5+ (when aged 5 - 10 years - wow!)
Lancero = 4 (last one was 7 years old)
Robusto = 4 (not as good as an aged PSD#4, IMHO)

Bottom line for me: overpriced and overhyped in general. Good cigars but the value is nowhere near other CC's. You can find many CC's that are equal in quality and flavor at far lower prices. My $0.02.
I have to agree with you 100%

It looks like most of you guys feel the same way I do then, I guess I'm not alone. I find it hard when looking to buy a box of cigars to actually buy a box of Cohiba. Even though they are great cigars, they are just to pricey. Thanks for all your guys input on this subject.

Pretty much agree on all fronts. I smoke mostly the 1's and 2's, and never before they are properly aged (five years minimum for me) even though they are a pretty good smoke out of the box.

I've had a few others. The Fonsecas have always been delish, as have the Saint Luis Rey's, the one BBF I had, and the Party Shorts, Cuabas, and ERDM's for a lot less dinero

Donk on the Siglo series, if 5 is the best, I give them a 10. To me the Cohiba line of cigars is the top of the line. There is no other cigar I would rather be smoking. As others have mentioned, they are pricey but IMO you are definately getting what you pay for. They are great right off the truck and simply excellent with age. My favorite would have to be the Siglo IV followed closely by the II. With Cohiba, you can't go wrong.

Wow, I posted before reading and after reading I am shocked that so many feel Cohiba is over priced. Now Esplendidos and Siglo VI, I gotta give ya those, they are over priced. For me though, it's very hard comparing a Cohiba to say a PSD4. I so much more enjoy the smoothness, even mildness of the Siglos. That's the flavor profile I dig most so I guess that's why I love em so. To each his own I guess.

I've only smoked 2 Cohibas and one was fake, but..

Ventura Mike gave me a Siglo VI at the Herf and I loved it. Very smooth, certainly not overpowering, great burn and a completely enjoyable experience. But for what I would have to pay for another one, I guess I'll be waiting for Mike to come back to town. Thanks again bro.

I too have smoked a fake one and now a real one. In that I have not the experience of the veterans on here, I will just say that I am withholding judgement. However, for me, the HDM Epi No. 1 and Petite Robusto are the ones to cherish. I want to try a couple more Epi No.1's first to make sure it is not infatuation. After that, I am buying myself a box for Christmas.

I am a big fan, but of course price and availability. Like all CC's, variety in choice of cigars is the best luxury! So when I smoke a Cohiba, I'll enjoy it.
