Thanks everyone! I'll be honest, this is my first time participating in any type of online forum so I appreciate the responses!
I have one main question that I can't seem to find an answer on...
Are there local groups or established chapters when you can be notified any time someone in your area post? (or that you can post and have any local BOTL be notified? i.e. setting up local functions). Do I need to just request my locals as "friends?"
I've been searching in the groups section, as well as the main forum, but keep getting kicked back a canned response about my search terms being too short or too common.
Any help? Or, links to a post that might give me a direction?

Great to see another Mn guy here who shares much of the same passions as me. I live south of the cities about an hour and a half. Hope we can get together for a HERF soon!
