Compliment or Complain

Once I had writen to CAO to complain about the cigars having major Draw Issues...I wasn't trying to get something for free..But I was concerned about the quality of the cigars coming out.

I never got a response.

I figure they probably thought I didn't know what I was talking about....LOL

I have offered to send them the evidence, when I had the draw problem with the Heaven cigars, they wrote back and said please do and then offered replacements for them. Paid out 3 stamps for a load of cigars!

Funny this should come up. I had an Arturo Fuente Gran Reserva that looked like it had twigs sticking out of it (leaf stems) after burning about one inch off of it. I let it die and cut it open. 3 leaves with some VERY thick stems. I wote them a couple of days ago via email. I'll post here if I hear anything. No response yet though.
