I would like to share a tasty recipe that I picked up at a Music Festival back home in Pennsylvania. It sounds nasty to everyone the first time that they hear about it and rightfully so but it is oh so delicious.
Fried Oreos have been a hit everywhere I go with everyone that I have given the opportunity to try them. So whether you need an activity to do with you kids, friends, or whomever or if you're just curious enough to try then give this recipe a shot.

I have found that there are many modifications of the recipe, myself included. I have pulled this one off of the internet since I do not have a scanner and can't scan my recipe. The basis for my suggestions are:
-I never use water in my recipe
-I only use pancake mix, milk, oil, eggs, oreos, powdered sugar
-I mix the pancake mix, milk, oil, and eggs then look at the thickness
--if you need to thicken it up then use the powdered sugar adding it while mixing (you will probably never need to water it down). Thicker is better so it will stick to the oreo and not fall off when you put it in your hot oil.
Give it a try and I guarantee that everyone that tries it will love it. Good Luck.
