Boudin, especially blood boudin, seems to be truly unique to La. Good stuff! Try it deepfried or use for a stuffing. Try anything deepfried :clap:

Hard to explain, But it's a kind of Sausage.. Mudbug, Pork, Aligator, all kinds but it has Rice and Turnips (I Think Turnips) inside.. Like a BIG suprize in the Pie Hole.. You call Mudbug Crawfish here in the "Yankee-Land" buts youd never learned to suck da Heads..

Man that looks great. We makes those jalepenos here in TX as well. They have great holders nowadays that keep the jalepenos held upright to keep all of the goodness inside :0). I love crab but even more crawlfish cant wait till Jan when the little buggers are out again :0)

FYI--it's pronounced "Boo-Dan" (or at least that's how all the coonasses I know pronounce it) and you really don't wanna ask what's in it. LOL!
And N8NOE, our cheap garage/backyard/cigar beer of choice is typically the 'Beast' (Milwaukee's Best) or Natural Light. Both can be had at the QuickyPicky down the street from my buddie's house for about $15 bucks per 30/pack.

I'm a Bud Guy, but All the Folk Liked Coors Light. We had someone bring a case of Lone Star and I thought it was sooooooo Bad, we couldnt get the Dog to tast it!..
