Crowned Heads, I'm impressed

I'm fairly new around BOTL, and prior to coming to this board I was very unfamiliar with Crowned Heads. They have a lot of support around here and, aside from great cigars, I can see why. Last week I placed an order for a La Imperiosa ashtray (which looks even better in person btw) on the CH website. Ordering process was easy, shipping was fair, and it came very fast (within 3 days to CA which is rare). Today when I get home I check my mail and find this hand written note from @JonHuber, needless to say I was impressed. I am sure for most of you fellow brothers this doesn't surprise you, but for me this is rare from ANY industry. The gesture is much appreciated and although I was a customer before, I am sold as a follower now.

Yeah they are. I won't wear cheap hats. I have a few of the others ones but they are wall hangers.

Love the imperiosa. Just so much flavor from start to finish. And Jericho hill is so different from other smokes .they seem like one of the newer cigar company's that will stick around. Keep em coming
