So I just got back from a new sushi place. It was one of those cheaper places where the stuff rides on this conveyor belt and you just grab what you want. Anyway, most of it was good, but there was something I ate that had a HORRIBLE "finish" to translate it into cigar terms
I'm pretty sure it was this brown/grey glob of stuff that came with my crab, sorta like a very whipped mouse. Someone called it "crab butter", only it tasted like crab poop.
But I have just discovered the cure to getting the taste of bad sushi out of your mouth: a Liga Privada T-52. Not only does it have enough body to cut through the weirdness, but I can feel it washing away that unknown brown globby stuff with every puff, replacing it with a delicious array of rich spices. mmmmm.
I just thought I'd share, in case any of you run into this little problem :smokingbo
