Well, it's tendonitis. I'm so freakin' flat footed on my left foot the tendon is stretching too much. Going to do PT for a few weeks and anti inflammatory meds to help out, then we'll see what happens. Of course, and I knew this was coming, the doc says losing weight would help. I'm convinced that this cropped up because I've been trying to exercise for the past couple weeks!! A lovely catch-22 I'm in!! I guess I'll need to find a different type of exercise. I would love to water walk, but it's just a bit too cold to do that in my pool, and I have NO time to go to a public pool on top of PT and running my kids around. I'll figure it out though.
