Anybody tried em?

Just jumped on CI's 1 day special. At $1.24 a stick I couldn't pass it up.
If they are good then I've got a box of "everyday" smokes for a bargain...if not, then I have something to pass out to my "social smoker" friends who like to bum sticks off of me, smoke about 2 inches of it and then crush it out...:argh:

Oh I hate that too! I keep $2 sticks around for just that reason alone. I know there are a couple on here that have posted about these in the past with good reviews.

I gave a friend a Padron on New Years Eve and while I was reaching for my punch, he bit the cap off like a starved cave man, then he bitched about how the thing fell apart when he was trying to smoke it.

I wish I had given him a $1 stick instead. He only gets bargain stuff now with the bands removed and he raves about the quality... and this is a guy that spent 7 days on "The Island" last spring.

So, let us know how the :devilhead Weed work out!

It's always good to have cheap sticks handy in case any non cigar smoking buddies ask for one. It hardly ever fails. You won't see an inch of ash off that cigar half the times before they put the cigar down and forget about it.

The ones I've had were decent smokes. If you can enjoy em, good. If you don't, you have sticks to share with "those" friends :bouncetau

I've been preaching about these for a while now. No they aren't a strong smoke but they are perfect for that morning smoke with coffee or when you want something on the mild side. They aren't complex but they just taste good to me. I think you will enjoy them considering the price

I split a box with my friend when CI had them on the cheap last time, I use them to cut the grass or hand out to friends who come over and not usually smoke cigars. there a ok stick nothing to brag about.

These are a decent cigar for the price and I can't help believe that a few months rest will get rid of the harshness in the last third.

Hmm...I've seen these around, but never thought much about them (other than they have a cool name). May have to nab a few to try :scratchhe.

Good to hear! I picked up a box, too. I like good, cheap smokes every once in a while, so hopefully I will enjoy them as much as you! :ccool:

While $24.99 for 20 is a great deal regardless, why did CI state that these are "super premium" cigars?

It seems that even at their regular price they're not particularly expensive.
