While $24.99 for 20 is a great deal regardless, why did CI state that these are "super premium" cigars?

It seems that even at their regular price they're not particularly expensive.

Eh...when they first came out they were like $5-6 a stick...so more expensive than now

Are those a low end? I saw somewhere that the devil's weed cigars looked to be wrapped in a sort of jazzy wrapping paper and seemed to be much higher in price...
