Anything unique or special ... like a well aged bottle of Heitz Martha's Vineyard, Grange, Sassicaia or Chateau Petrus?
My cellar is probably 70% old world and 30% new world. A good part of the old world is Italian. Barolo, Barbaresco, Amarone, Brunello, and the like. I have a few 5-10 year verticals that are pretty special.....Dal Forno Amarone, Giuseppe Quintarelli Valpolicella, Guado al Tasso, and others.
I fairly heavy in Spain as well as US. Love Cali Cabs/Blends and cool climate pinots and syrah, especially from Santa Cruz Mtns ava.
I do have one bottle of '98 Grange which needs another decade or so.
I also enjoy vintage ports and Pedro Ximenez(Don PX) sherry, especially with a cigar. The '73 PX thats still available now is fantastic.
