I’ve been wet shaving for a little less than a decade and will never go back to expensive throwaway razors with 16 blades or whatever they’re up to now.
I use both straights and DE depending on if I‘m home or traveling, but straights are a skill I think I’ll be mastering for the rest of my life.
I also have built a collection of both (as well as some single edge razors). Here is one of my display cabinets.
The safety razors in here are one’s I rarely use now that I have my preferred rotation, but the cool thing is that the Ever Ready brush and red flare tip belonged to my grandfather. The rest I’ve collected from antique shops over the years.
