he's very affectionate

he loves the water. when I bathe him, I fill this tub full of water and he loves to soak in there.

you'll notice that he's always averting his eyes from the camera. he's very camera shy, or just afraid of it.

those are the pictures on my home and office desk. unlike a temporary bar slut I might date, my dog will never piss me off to the point of having to flip the frames around...or draw 'tasches on their mugs.

I don't know, if my dog was eating whole chickens and flank steaks like some other dog in this thread, I might get a bit annoyed. But damn, you do have to laugh at that.

No matter what, a good dog is always there for you!

Awesome pics guys!!! What a fantastic group of hounds!!

Johnny7 - I am very sorry to hear that Rush had to be put down. He had a long life full of your love and devotion. I feel for you pal. Below is a pic of Roscoe who was put down 9/28/05 after almost 15 years of life. I will miss him forever. I have not got a new dog yet.

Wow, like a bigger version of Rush! To heart breaking to think of getting another one, but the memories are worth having the fun of knowing them for so long. Beautiful dog and at nearly 15 another great long life. I'm still finding myself saving bits of food for her and looking for her when I walk in the house!! A hard void to fill but I'm sure one day we'll see them again.

PC, that's one gorgeous dog you have there!
Thanks! We think he's a pretty handsome boy, too. It's mostly thanks to the kibble we feed, supplemented with things like canned salmon, salmon oil, eggs, and the like. Unfortunately, none of these pics really show off how shiny he is.

And although he can be a bonehead labradork, he's a pretty smart one, too. He currently knows more than 20 commands/behaviors.

Okay, enough braggin'...time for a couple more pics...

I love dogs in the snow! My dog hates being oustide. She was an animal rescue. She's a pure breed an we are pretty sure she was a puppy factory. When we got her she didn't know how to walk up stairs or even act "like a dog." Now she's got it down, naps all day, eats, shits, back to napping. Still though, she really doesn't like being outside.

Here's my Dog Jonesey! He's got pneumonia right now and it's been really hard, but fortunately my g/f works at a pet hospital so hopefully he'll be better soon.

This pic is my Dog and my girlfriend's cat
