as far as them not getting back to you i would chalk it up to them just being busy. With the new store/site being launched i am sure they are swamped with stuff. One thing i know from personal experience is you definitely don't have to worry about drew estate and customer service. They will make things right for sure, JD and his whole company have been nothing but supreme in my dealings.

Funny, I won a 3xl shirt at a JD event and when I got home I noticed that the third X was wrote on with a permanent marker and the shirt was more like a XL.

Already processing exchanges for anyone who is having problems with sizing. Nicaraguan sizing can be a little different, just depends on the person. I wear an XL, and our XLs generally fit me fine, but it's kind of a toss up.

Funny my flying pig and dirtry rat that were given to me by Tim and Rich were smediums(XL) and fit just fine!?!? :scratchhe Guess you gents just don't have the athletic build in order to pull it off!:hysterica

I'm not a huge DE fan (I don't like flavored cigars), though I admit I've never had the LP yet. But to give credit where it's due, it's nice to see a company step up and take care of it's customers like this.

The whole liga privada line is amazing, you should check them out. The drew estate chateau real's are awesome too, definitely worth a try. The natural wrapper is an awesome morning smoke, the maduro is kick ass too.

Yeah brother, I didn't give DE 2 seconds of my time until the Liga line came around. They compare with any cigar out there and you should definitely try them. The company is full of good people too so it's easy to root for them.

Nice work JD. Customer service and response at its best. As a business man I know things can go wrong with customer orders and contracts. It is how you respond to the problem that makes your company a good one or great one. Kudos.

The same happened to me and I was very disappointed:dunno:. They are mailing me another shirt,a larger one. I hope to recieve it soon and hope it fits OK. There customer service was very good to me and responded to my email very quickly.

I received a Dirty Rat shirt at a Tweetup at IPCPR, very cool shirt and seems well made. But it says 3XL and it's not even close. It's an XL... at best. However I'm used to not getting t-shirts that fit, I take a 5XLT so I usually let one of my friends have any T's I get.
