Girlfriend and daughter are taking a nap, so I found time for a pre closing cigar, yard gar, but still it's good to have lol. We will stick to our guns for sure though.

Hope you took pictures and/or have documentation of the issues or you’re S.O.L at the table I’d think. We got done with our closing in 51 minutes.
