Ate enough food to feed a small village.

Spiral ham, mashed potatoes,gravy,creadmed peas,carrots,spinich/artichoke dip,cornbread stuffing,rolls and more ham.

Time for a nap and a then a dip in the hottub and back up in time for the Sopranos.

Anyway, today we had spiral glazed ham, potato salad, field peas, spinach, sweet potato casserole and some cornbread :glassesgr

Rib-eye Steak with Broccoli and Cauliflower.

We are going to wait for the kids to get a little older before we start having Easter Sundays like we did when we were kids.

Uh... I had chicken tenders and fries from the bar after I got off work....

I hate spending my Easter like that but unfottunately I had no choice....I had to work a 12 hour double....

I come from a big extended family where Easter means a minimum of 20 plus people and enough food to feed most third world countrys. Hard to imagine being alone or left-overs. No disrespect intended for leftovers or chicken tenders...

I wish I had a big family that got together on Easter. Oh and we had leftovers too. Sorry about you having to work Clay. Hopefully the money in tips made it worth your while.
