Brother, it is sometimes said that it takes great courage to do the right thing. In this case, you absolutely were courageous and took the right actions to possibly prevent a bad situation. Cheers to you.

Think you did right by everyone else you work with bro. I believe the saying "Better to regret something you have done, than something you haven't" applies here. And definitely stay alert, you said she was a friend, make sure your family is alert as well. Tough call, glad you made the right decision.

Cheer :ccool:

You good sir did the right thing. I know it sucks but she will see that it was the right thing too. Yes she is probably pissed right now but in the end she was the one that was in the wrong.

It takes a very big person to be able to confront a tough situation head on. You have exemplified what it means to be a true hero and for that Sir I say Thank you,

Cheers,
JM

I am constantly encouraged for this country as a whole by the actions and sometimes thoughts of members of Brothers of the Leaf. Making a decision like this is not easy, its not fun and it takes courage. The consequences of your actions could be monumental in so many areas and to many, many people.

Well done.

Hopping on the bandwagon here...you absolutely did the right thing. I honestly would have really struggled in your shoes as to what decision to make, but in the end I would have done the same thing. Stuff like that hits incredibly close to home for me, as I am a gun owner but was also at Virginia Tech when the shooting took place. Your coworker probably wasn't going to do anything, but you would have had to live with your decision not to say anything if something happened.
