decided not to wait. bought an edgestar 28 bottle today from a different merchant. Got to looking and realized the 28 is what I need. At this time I would like to thank BOTL for pushing me down the slippery slope many have gone down before me.

It's hard for me to believe that the company is making "you" pay to ship it back because it's damaged.

What the hell kind of customer service is that?

Ditto..That chit wouldn't fly with me brother. They must be outta there mind!!!

After a few calls to customer service they finally agreed it was there fault in the packaging and sent me the label to rerun it to them at no charge. Just waiting for them to receive it and give my money back.

WOOO HOOO. Got the 28 bottle in today and it is cleaned up, plugged in and building up humidity. Just a little more patience and I will be good to go.
