I only ordered once, and it was okay: a promo deal with some decent sticks and some awful ones. The constant phone calls afterwords were what kept me from going back. In my opinion, their prices for good cigars are way too high, and their house brands are terrible. Frankly, I don't trust them. I occasionally see them offering a great deal, but for me it's never worth the hassle of dealing with them.

Interesting...I have not had any bad experience yet. I have bought some great samplers at an excellent value. I have become an excellent cigar value shopper. I don't really need to buy another cigar for at least a year, lol. If I buy anything at this point, it is because it is a excellent cigar at an unbelievable price.

I was with my son-in-law at a Gamecocks football game on a Saturday afternoon when they called him on his cellphone to see if he wanted to order cigars!

OK that would piss me off. :angryteet

Ditto the Thompson comments. I also did not like waiting 3 - 4 weeks for orders and no reply to follow-up emails asking "when's it shipping?". Left me with the impression they farmed out their shipping and handling to a third party.
