New to boards here and as a lancero lover I have to chime in!

1. Cain F Lancero - at $7.99 a stick (CA tax baby) i couldn't stop smoking this at the B&M I was working and had to pick up 2 boxes. Loved these and am trying to hold back and not smoke the rest of them!
2. Padilla Miami - A shop owner here in SoCal (V-Cut) and I were talking on my first visit and we got on the subject of Lanceros and he smiled and ran in the humidor to his personal stash and pulled on of these. Such a great stick with awesome sweetness! I bought as many as he would sell me. They were sitting in his stash for 3-4 years and really were memorable
3. El Triunfador Limited - What can I say? It's just that good. Always have 2 in the humi but I'm always trying to get more.

Smoked another aged Tat especials tonight. This is the one NC lancero every other lancero wishes it was..... Very CC like and scary to think what 7-10 years would be like. This one was a 07.

The LE BOTL 2012 lancero is an amazing cigar. At first I wasn't too sure that I'd enjoy it as much as the early Liga Privada releases, the Uzi and Undercrown didn't quite measure up (in all fairness that's asking a lot from any cigar), but this cigar kicks ass! So much so I have to put it in my top 3 as far as lanceros go along with the Oliva V and Opus X Forbidden X. Yeah I know some will question these selections but here's my reasoning:

Oliva V - Very good affordable lancero that can easily become your everyday go to. Maybe not the most complex but price and availability put this in my top 3, currently at #1.

Opus X Forbidden X - Probably my favorite lancero but expensive as hell and needs a couple of years rest to get to the point where I enjoy it most. The difficulty finding them, the need for rest and the pain on the pocket makes this my #2

DE BOTL 2012 - At 3 times the cost of a V and 1/3 the price of an X this cigar should be my number one lancero. I don't mind spending this kind of coin on a cigar that is as well balanced and tasty as this one. Is it bad when you can describe a cigar as one that "takes your breath away"? Yeah #3, why not #1 if I like it this much? It's limited release leaves me no choice, when this box has emptied there will be no more.

I think you nailed it for me as well. I'm not much a Lance smoker but these three are really great! have to give props to the El Triunfador as well.

LP L40 - I've smoked 2 and enjoyed them both, wish they weren't so hard to get a hold of
LE BOTL 2012 - Picked up a box right before they sold out after smoking 3 of them, good solid smoke, I don't smoke many Lanceros so this will probably be my go to when I'm in the mood for one.
El Triunfador - Not as good as my top 2 but a lot easier to get a hold of

Tatuaje Black Label Petite Lancero - not Lancero but I do enjoy these also.
