Will US retailers ship to Canada? If not then wouldn't it be easy to have cigars delivered to someone here and have them ship it to you?

Yes I am looking at using a mule soon. Websites most often don't ship up north, and when they do you get taxed over 100% tobacco import taxes... so, yeah.
