Well we are finally starting to see improvements in the house. Still many battles to fight though, runs in the paint, lazy tape jobs. They told us a bunch of bull like we would have professional painters and we have some compete handy Andy’s who barely could lay the vinyl plank flooring. We did get a good flooring guy for the Brazilian cherry.

You may be surprised at the dollar amount of the loss but will also be surprised at what homeowners insurance will cover if you have a decent policy.

It looks like things are coming along nicely!

Referring back to my previous statement, it didn’t seem like that much damage originally but did turn out to be pretty extensive apparently. Thank God for good homeowners insurance!
