What does the "Tip/Blade" represent?

As far as the diddy is concerned its something i say in my head over and over again everytime i shoot.

IN- slowly inhale until lungs are full

OUT- Very slowly exhale until lungs are empty

TIP/BLADE- Focus on you front sight tip (rifle) or front sight blade (pistol) NOT THE TARGET!

SQUEEZE- Skillful manipulation of the trigger from front to rear without disturbing sight alignment and sight picture. (shot should surprise you every time)

Always remember to follow through on every shot using the Basic Fundamentals of Marksmanship.
