For me, living in SoCal, during prime outdoor weather (March-November) I probably smoke 35% outside. And during winter (December-February) only about 10%. So I guess overall around 29% for me.

Wow cool responses -- MUCH more outside than I suspected so far. We'll see where it goes, but no wonder B&Ms are always complaining it's hard to survive with so many hardcore smokers just hitting the yard instead.

Other than, obviously, the convenience of not having to drive somewhere, and the reduced cost of being able to buy online, what could a B&M owner do to get you to come in more often?

Good question -- I say outside. But a garage with door closed is inside.

99% outside, 1% in a cigar lounge.
There are not enough hours in the week to drive 30 minutes to a B&M, smoke for an hour plus, and take another 30 minute ride home. Working "12hr" shifts that are closer to 13hrs at a job 45 minutes from home means there is not time for a B&M.
