90% outside on the patio with heaters when necessary (so cal). Never in the house or car for me. I'm in sales and have clients in the car. I wouldn't want my home to smell like a cigar. The other 10% in a lounge or two. My eyes are sensitive to smoke. 9 times out of 10 when I smoke in a lounge I look like I'm crying..so outside is definitely preferred! I've also noticed that when smoking outside the smoke doesn't stank to you like it does inside.
