Just because someone is being closed down because of tax resons does not mean the owner intended to not pay taxes. I have a couple friends who own businesses that got screwed by thier accountant. The accountant decided he wanted to make the books look good and not pay payroll taxes, unknown to the owner. The IRS came down, one of the accountants is in jail. My point is get both sides of the story...

I was just gonna post this as well. Definitely a reason you don't see many posts from me anymore even though I come to this site as much as I can.

WhiteLightning, or anyone in the local area... please keep us posted as more news comes out. Hopefully things get worked out whatever the reason may be.

Will do but I'm not even local. NYC is a few hours away. Hopefully a local will chime in with some good news.
