Well, after 7 wonderful days away from home--and the Internet--I am back.
I took 15 cigars with me, but somehow only managed to find enough time to smoke 3
although I did give one away as well, so I guess I got home with 4 less than I started with.
I ended up smoking a La Gloria Serie R natural, a Punch Rothschild Maduro-Maduro, and a Boli PC. The cigar I gifted was a Padron 3000 natural, and the guy I gave it to (a very occasional smoker) loved it--hell, he nubbed it to the point that he couldn't hold it anymore. :thumbsup:
The best cigar of the bunch was the Punch Rothschild Maduro-Maduro, because that's the one I smoked with that buddy, and we were all hanging out about 20 feet from the edge of the Colorado river, next to our little cabins, cooking burgers on the grill, and watching the moon rise over the rock bluffs above us. Friggin AWESOME!
Oh, and I do have a couple of interesting pics...but I'll have to download them from the camera. Maybe I can upload them later.
One more tidbit: after being gone for a week, my wine coolerdor (28 bottle) was sitting at 68º and 63% humidity, with just 1lb of beads. Nice! :yes:
