Ahhh, but you have to bag it in order to put it in the compost bin right?Headbanger said:NEITHER, I actually compost most of mine. I have two 3x3x3 compost bins in rear of my yard. So I mix grass (greens) with house scraps like lettuce, banana peals, apple cores, almost everything (also greens) with dried leaves (browns) I save from the fall. I have 1 bin for active hot composting in the spring thru the fall, then move the entire heap to the other bin for until the next spring. I take almost all the ready compost for my veggie garden and some leftovers for the front of the house shrubbery.
