I think you can set up a market place but other than that can't seem to change locations or any thing... you can get married though prince

how do you scavenge the city without getting yourself in the hospital every couple of steps?

I think you do better once your stats are higher, I train all day, as my enery goes up, I use it to up my stats. That way when you fight, you are more likely to win. But maybe as you scavenge, you can't help it. I walk in in the morning and vote on the 3 sites for extra stuff. Then I scavenge, then i train.
