While the water and Advil helps, I can still get hungover. Depends on the amount consumed.

a couple of advil should do. If you can remeber, take them before you go to bed and wake up hangover free.

There isn't anything that helps me. My problem is dehydration, I know because I will piss every five minutes. Even if I drink water for every beer I will piss it straight out.

My young children are a major deterrent to not get too drunk. Nothing like them waking you up at 6am making noise, yelling fighting with each other to make me not want to drink too much. I still drink, I just try not to get smashed.

oh, Pedialyte has helped me the morning after before.

I've heard of the pedialyte but haven't tried...I'm gonna! And amen to the dehydration!

I'm partial to Coconut Water. It's supposed to be a superior "hydrator" without any added salts and sugars.

My wife is a champ and rarely gets a hangover, me on the other hand….yeah can't do it like I use to.

My wife is the same way... me on the other hand if I mix I'm screwed. Red Wine of late is kicking my arse. Headache after three glasses.

And most certainly it gets worse with age.
