This one looks like it is probably the best deal overall to me (lots of covered patio space in case it rains, most beds/bedrooms, etc..etc..)..
Do be aware that the number the cabin "sleeps" is not the same thing as the number of beds it has..
I count 13 beds in this one...
So if there are 15 people wanting beds.. 2 better be prepared to snuggle with Ish and Rev for the evening.. or will need to bring cots/air mattresses/sleeping bags instead
My guess is 40 people at the HERF probably equals 13 beds (we should be safe).. youll end up with 10-12 people that will "day trip" over and not want to sleep there each day.. there will be another 10-12 people that will be ok with air mattresses and sleeping bags.. 13 can grab the beds.. and youve got a handful of couches in there that people can crash on as well..
If we're looking at more than 40 people once this thing gets closer to launch.. it might be a better idea to get 2x smaller cabins that are next door to each other rather than trying to get everyone to fit into one (2x cabins = 2x kitchens which would be super helpful.. .but it also means people will be more spread out and make it a little more difficult to socialize after hours (during the daytime hours I would guess everyone will gather around in the parking area outside the cabin(s) like we did last year.. sit by the grills in lawn chairs, etc..etc..)...
