Headaches out of nowhere?

You guys ever get headaches from smoking cigars? The last two I had have caused headaches for the remainder of the day.

Not sure why.

try not eating on an empty stomach. if you are. also i found drinking water helps too.

Strange! I have never heard of this. But that doesn't mean much. Sorry to hear your having issues!

The water thing may be key I am used to drinking about a gallon and a half a day (bodybuilding reasons) fell off for the last week or so. Gonna up the water again take some time off from coffee and beer and see if that brings back my enjoyment. I ate a pretty decent sized BLT before smoking.

yeah its def the water. i had the same issues after i stopped training. my body wasnt use to not have its normal water intake

Yeah, I have had them from multiple cigars and it's like a Vitamin N hangover. I have never had it from one though.

Yep... google "hypertensive crisis".

Often a confluence of things that can occur as you age. For me, it was nicotine coupled with foods high in tyramine .

I agree with those who said water. I drink 8 to 10 glasses a day, and if I drop off, I will also get frontal headaches when smoking.

I was about to type the same, then got your post. Too funny. Or always just stay full, then you can eat and smoke. LOL.

Coming from someone who gets bad migraines, I recommend drinking a lot of water and not a sugary drink during the cigar. Also, like everyone is saying, don't smoke on an empty stomach or go to bed after a very salty meal.

I guess it is from dehydration. Try to drink more water or whatever liquid you like.
