Hey guys, I have been having an issue with Heartfelt recently and was wondering if anyone here had any experience dealing with problems with them.
I received my order Aug 11th. Invoice had on it the beads I ordered along with 500 blank bands. However, the pkg only contained the beads. So I went on their website the following day and contacted them via email about it. Today made exactly 2 weeks with no response at all. I sent another email this morning to "David" who had sent me a confirmation email about my pkg being sent. No response there either as of yet. Has anyone had a similar issue with them? Feels like this might be a lost cause.
** I know a few of you will respond saying I should have just picked up some KL.....and yea....you're probably right.
