Had one this weekend...As always, construction was great...no burn issues and no corrections needed. Solid ash, and draw was perfect.
Lots of oak throughout, and a sort of toasted walnut note note as well. Pepper and just enough sweetness to balance...Nice, enjoyable smoke that will be fun to track as it ages and rounds out a bit :thumbsup:
