Welcome! I have had similar problems with my cooler as well (though it's now under control). Make sure that the model you are using is thermoelectric as opposed to a model with that utilizes a compressor to cool itself. Also, make sure the drain is properly plugged (I have found that hot glue works wonders with this).

I used gaffa tape and plugged the hole. It's pretty much sealed, but the humidity is constantly sucked out of the beads and onto the back wall and into the tray I put there.
/me thinks I'll have to get about 2 x 1/2 lb HCM to equalize it.

I've always loved the hospitality this board has to offer, its even nicer when its for an international BOTL. Welcome to the board!

P.S, isn't the weather suitable to smoke there all year round?

The welcome is a bit overwhelming! So there aren't many international BOTLs on the board?
I only smoke when the weather's perfect. Temp, humidity, mood.
Winter is cold, dropping to -2c at night. I can't sit outside for an hour in that weather. I'll have to buy one of those outdoor cafe gas heaters.
Summer can also be to much. Temps hit 40+ and sometimes 45c! Evenings are better in summer. Very relaxing!
