bought whole bunch of cigars from my brother in States but now I am scared to receive them. Non Cubans are just as expensive as Cubans. There is no price difference between the two. Rocky Patel goes for around 20-30 dollars.
I have a buddy who lives there as well. He will ask someone to buy here and send there. He then bombs the hell out of us. Why would you be scared to receive them?
